Fifteen years of snippets. Now one outlet says the whole song is out there.
## What's reported HotNewHipHop reported on Oct. 7 that "Living So Italian," the unreleased Ye and Jay-Z track tied to the Watch the Throne era, has leaked in its entirety. HNHH describes a full version of about three minutes, with a verse from each artist, built around a sample of Andrea Bocelli's "Por Ti Volaré." That's the opera in the title. The outlet says it would have fit on the album.
## What we don't know HNHH doesn't say who leaked the recording or where it surfaced first. It cites no confirmation from Ye, Jay-Z or a label, and it offers no proof the recording is authentic beyond the leak itself. We found no second outlet reporting the full version. So treat it as reported, not settled.
## How it got here The song has lived in pieces for years. HNHH covered a new snippet on Sept. 21, and Honk Magazine wrote up a nine-second clip the next day. That's the pattern: a few seconds, a lot of noise, then silence.
## Why it won't just drop HNHH argues an official release is unlikely because the two are reportedly on bad terms. No source is given for that, so we're not repeating it as fact. A sample like Bocelli's also has to be cleared before anything ships, and that's a real hurdle for any unreleased record.
## The read Leaks are how a lot of us first heard the great unreleased records. That doesn't make it right to post the file, and we won't. What it does show is that the Watch the Throne vault still moves a timeline. If this one's real, it's the cut people argued about for 15 years. If it isn't, the argument was still the point.
